1. Program Eligibility and Registration Approval

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. Applicants may be declined without explanation and shall have no legal recourse against us for such decisions.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes

Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link. You may also generate links for specific products or collections. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the last-clicked link will be credited.

• Some affiliates may receive branded coupon codes, assigned and detailed in their dashboard. If both a coupon code and affiliate link are used in the same transaction, only one commission will be awarded.

• Unassigned affiliates may not promote or distribute Kater4K9 coupon codes.

• Affiliates are permitted to promote Kater4K9 using digital (e.g., social media, blogs, YouTube) and offline (e.g., print ads) marketing channels.

3. Commissions and Payments

Affiliates earn a commission based on the order value (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees). The commission structure is detailed in your affiliate dashboard.

• Commission is only earned on successfully completed transactions.

• Payment is currently made via PayPal or Store Credit. Ensure your correct payment details are provided in your account settings.

• Payments will be processed on a scheduled basis, as outlined in the Affiliate Guide.

• Orders that are personal purchases, refunded or subject to chargebacks will not qualify for commission.

• We reserve the right to review and validate all referred orders to prevent misuse or abuse of the program.

4. Marketing Tools

Promotional materials, including banners, logos, and product-specific creatives, will be available in your dashboard under the “Marketing Tools” section. These may be downloaded or embedded via HTML for use across your platforms.

5. Network (Multi-Tier Referrals)

If the “Network” feature is enabled, you may invite other affiliates to join under your referral. You will receive an additional network commission when your downline affiliates generate qualifying sales, in accordance with merchant settings.

• Use your unique referral link to invite others. Upon registration, they will be added as your downline.

6. Cookie Tracking

We use browser cookies to track referrals. If cookies are disabled or cleared, sales may not be tracked and therefore will not be eligible for commission.

• Cookie duration is specified during registration.

• If a customer clicks your link or uses your coupon during the cookie window, you will earn commission for all eligible purchases within that timeframe.

7. Performance Requirement & Termination

Our Affiliate Program is performance-based. Affiliates are expected to generate a minimum of five (5) new customer sales per calendar month.

• Failure to meet this minimum for two consecutive months may result in termination of your affiliate account.

• We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our discretion, including accounts that are inactive or not aligned with our brand values.

• You may contact us in advance if you anticipate difficulty meeting performance criteria, and we will assess this on a case-by-case basis.

8. Voluntary Removal from the Program

If you wish to be removed from the Affiliate Program, you may request account deactivation by contacting us at info@kater4k9.co.uk.
